    Forty years ago, John O’Fynn was a transplant from the midwest and realized that the Southwest was lacking in good cheese from Wisconsin and other great cheese producing states. Over the next 30 years, John and Walt Franklin developed relationships with cheese plants that were eager to bring their commodity and specialty cheeses to both the retail and food service markets in the Southwest. Today, the company continues to broker, distribute and manage logistics for cheese companies from around the country. Our focus is building relationship and trust with our partners in both the food service and retail sectors which allows us to be a resource for cheese and dairy products.

    Pasture Pride Cheese is located in Wisconsin in the heart of Amish Country. We craft our cheese with milk from local Amish dairies that is delivered to the factory in chilled milk cans, the old fashioned way. We produce many varieties of cheese, including Pasture Pride Cheddars, Monterey Jack, Pepper Jack, Muenster, Colby and Co-Jack.
